Elgenius was extremely concerned when I reported a non working refrigerator. We were relieved when we realized it was not plugged in. There were unopened, warm, boxed pizzas in the refrigerator. This shows the cleaning staff did not notice there were items in the refrigerator and that it was not cooling. The room was clean...

「Pretty disappointed with the room. There were two large areas of the carpet still saturated with dog urine and the room smelled. The hotel staff were reluctant to give us another room initially but did finally switch rooms. The bathroom had black hair and powder on the floor from previous occupants. We don’t think we will choose Spark-Hilton again.」

「Place was clean, but in a medical facility kind of way. Also, woke up to no hot water. Front desk acknowledged no hot water in the kitchen either. Another said it must be that everyone was using hot water at once. I asked if showers by guests at 7:00 am on a weekday was not something they expected. Asked for a credit and the front desk took my number promising to call back. Never did. Emails unanswered. Seems as though this brand is independently owned and managed. I will stay away in...

「Eventhough we booked through Expedia, a warning about the train horns, and noise at wee hours of the night would help with planning to choose this hotel, coupled with paper thin walls. Breakfast was pretty good. Room size, and double sinks were good.」
