Staff we're friendly and helpful quick to reolve any issues raised, Room was basic, photos on site can be deceptive. Some areas of the hotel were very poorly maintained/ corridors. Restaurant for breakfast was basic but adequate. Pool area was great children really enjoyed it.

I checked out early rather than staying a second night even though I couldn't get a refund for the breakfast. The room had a nice view but was kinda spoiled because the window was filthy. The curtain was filthy, which I let them know about but they didn't get it sorted or even apologised. (And it was really bad) The wallpaper was peeling, the bed was like sleeping on a pile of rocks (the springs sticking into me uncomfortably) and there was no sound insulation. Could hear the people in the next room chatting even when they were being quiet so when they were doing karaoke in the middle of the night then having a big argument needless to say I got no sleep. I didn't actually go in the leisure centre. Because I wasn't around at the times it was open.
The curtain in my room actually doesn't look as bad in the photo.

We loved that the family room for six we stayed in was big enough . It had two televisions a double bed, sofa bed and a bunk bed . My kids were super comfortable and we all had enough room. Although, there is no air conditioning, no cleaning for four nights we stayed which I had no clue about initially. Also the bathroom is pretty small, so make sure to go to the website to look and read about the hotel properly. We enjoyed using the steam room, sauna, gym and the swimming pool but we had to pay £2 person per use even as a resident staying in the hotel.

It was quiet, lots of picturesque views of Blackpool Tower and the promenade and also of the Big One at Pleasure Beach in the distance. The location is ideal as it’s not in the middle of everything going on, staff were very polite and whilst there are facilities like the pool and Sauna etc we didn’t make use of during this stay we would definitely be inclined to make use of them on a future visit!

Property is very dated in room. The carpet was stained, same with the bath. Mattress very uncomfortable. Drilling and hammering in property at 9.15am. Wasn’t informed there would be work.

I checked into this hotel with room only basis. which was a nice clean spacious double room however I was surprised I had no tea/coffee facilities in my room. I didn’t opt for breakfast as I found it very expensive each morning, in my three nights stay I didn’t experience any noise issues or anything, I’ve read recent reviews and I don’t understand why people are moaning and complaining the way they are as my three night stay there I won’t say outstanding but what I did get was a nice large room with a wonderful sea view, a nice clean bathroom with a bath and shower, plenty of space, I would contemplate staying again on another weekend depending on competition and prices.

Room smelt like cigarette smoke, one of the towels was dirty, the bathroom extractor was blocked full of dust, the shower curtain had blood on it, there was a large hair in the bath and as two males with really short hair this certainly wasnt from us, the bed was uncomfortable and creaky, the window was screwed shut and when staff where told i was advised "all the rooms are like that" and "there is nothing we can do" despite there being no mention of this when booking so the room was too hot with a little fan blowing the warm air around. Overall the stay was terrible and we certainly wont be recommending the hotel to anyone or coming back.

Wonderful staff, and a very beautiful hotel. We were made to feel so welcome and even booked an extra night. Fantastic sea view room (fourth floor), and great facilties. We're already planning our next stay!
