On arrival at 3pm, we was greeted by a lady coming down the stairs who said she was just cleaning the room, which was 3 hours overdue from available Check in. She then said she was just about to give our room to 3 lads who was sat in the lounge, so if we had been any later they would have been in our room which wasn't good, considering we was booked and paid for. The room was tiny but reasonably clean apart from few stains on walls. The manager was pleasant enough. When we came back, we walked into dogs everywhere, and smelling of wet dog. OK for that night but wouldn't go back. Sorry

I was very happy with my stay. My room cost £27 for the night and in all honesty, i wasnt expecting it to be as good as it was. I was greeted by one of the younger workers (unfortunately i didnt catch her name) and shown to my room. My room was spotless and clean and overall it more than served my needs. I would definitely stay here in the future. Thank you

Great Value Friendly Hotel

Very relaxed, easy going, friendly hotel. Lovely and clean. Cosy bed with a good nights sleep. The breakfast was excellent, and very good value for money, as was the hotel itself. I would certainly stay again.

Basic, cheap but did the job for our early start in blackpool the following day. I will say the member of staff on duty went out of her way to make sure we enjoyed our stay 👍

Clean, welcoming and well located

Jenny and her husband were incredibly welcoming upon arrival and during our stay. Stayed as a family of 5 in one of their family rooms, which was incredibly clean and fresh. The off road parking (for a small charge), was incredible value and meant that we could use the tram which is a short walk from the property to get around the strip. If we return to Blackpool, will definitely stay here again, the hotel offers great value for money particularly to those travelling as a family of 5.

Well when you turn up to a hotel booked and CONFIRMED a week in advance and the manager of the hotel has no booking confirmation of your stay says it all very disappointed in hotels.com other than that when we eventually got in hotel was good and would recommend it
