Thank you for your recent stay with us. We're sorry that your time here did not seem to meet your expectations. Our historic home was built in 1897 and requires us to have several cooling options, especially in the guest suites located on the third floor, as in your case during a very hot July stay. We wish that you had mentioned some of these really easily remedied concerns during your stay as water gets snapped up quickly during the heat of the day and we could have replenished it for you. As far as breakfast, it is always a part of your stay as we have an operational restaurant and we as innkeepers enjoy working the breakfast hours with Katy in the kitchen and Mike on the dining room floor so we are not sure how you were not able to have breakfast. It is also a time for us to check in on you to see if there is anything that you need for your room (like coffee) and process check outs. All in all, we regret that you left us feeling like your stay did not meet expectations. We hope that you'll return again so that we can better suit your needs.
