"It's cheap for a reason. Bedspread had stains all over it, ac/heat unit was missing knobs, bathroom fan blades were hitting on the fan housing causing tons of noise, and they state they have free wifi which they do not. Strongly suggest you choose a different hotel"

"Do not stay here!! I laid in the bed and started itching. I checked for bed bugs and I didn't see any but I have bites on my body. I was supposed to stay 2 nights but I checked out early. If you have a motel/hotel and you have bed bugs you should give people who are effected by it a refund."

"Woman behind reception desk had on a torn shirt, 3 children, one in a stroller. Little boy let his unleashed dog out of a cage, which attacked myself and my dog. They have no ice machine. Tv remote was missing. Towels were gray and torn. The place was disgusting! I don't know why Expedia would even do business with a place like this."

"The hotel was amazing. It is an older property that has been remodeled and is in excellent condition. The bed is very comfortable. The room had a recliner as well as another chair and a desk chair. We greatly enjoyed our stay and will stay again when we visit Elk City."
