"We booked and prepaid for 2 nights for the Arches NP visit. The room cards were disabled after the first overnight. Then the room was not made at all, with no amenities (towels, soaps, etc) replenished. The coffee machine did not work. The breakfast was so so. Overall the room quality and customer service do not justify the $200 per night charge. After Hyatt and Holiday Inn, this is a big disappointment."

"Even though the rooms are below an active and vibrant restaurant, it was completely quiet and somehow private. We enjoyed views of the sunset and the green river. We only stayed one night, but we thought the design was very thoughtful and we appreciated it."
