「The place was spotless, quiet, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Loved being so close to the beach and restaurants. The hosts were welcoming without hovering, which I appreciated. Overall, a comfortable, easy stay in a beautiful part of Cape Town. Would definitely come back. 」

Rooms were clean but could use some touchup, wall air conditioners (we kept the 2 sliding glass doors open to cool down the room - it can get very windy since you are on the ocean. Outstanding staff behind the front desk, the room cleaning staff, and the restaurant staff - also, purchase the buffet breakfast as part of your total coast - it’s so...

「My room was double booked. I didn’t get any accommodation. I was told to leave. I was told that I will be fully refunded by Hotel.com. Thus far I have not been informed of any refund by Hotels.com. I am still waiting for my money.. 」
