"One of the most beautiful drive to this property located at remote location! Even though it’s gravel road, if you enjoy driving, you’d appreciate the beauty of the nature during entire drive. Other guests spotted whales and dolphins right at front side of property. I and my wife enjoyed our stay. I’d go there again just to enjoy the drive and have a cup of coffee in morning sitting at bench in front of the property hoping to spot whales!"

"We stayed two nights on our Ring road trip, and it was one of the best places we’ve stayed on the island. Very comfortable beds, spacious 2 bedroom suite, gorgeous view of the fyord and very convenient to a grocery store, coffee house and a walking path. Our kids loved the maritime museum we’ve found nearby and the short hike to the Easter cave. Overall, we had a great stay which allowed us to rest between the strenuous activities and enjoy the peace and quiet of this beautiful little town."

"The town is absolutely stunning. The Aldan restaurant was a great place to go and hangout for dinner or just drinks in the evening. The old bank where we stayed was lovely and the bed was quite comfortable, it gets very stuffy and hot, even with the windows open, a little
Pricey for what you get. I would suggest maybe providing a small fan for the guests or definitely bringing one. Other than that was a good stay."
"The rooms with lake view are all facing a public area next to the lake on the first floor. So it’s impossible to go to bed with your curtains open unless you are okay with people walking by seeing everything. We stayed in room 2 which had a table outside right in the front. Guests next door started a beer party on that table at 12am… The door on this old building was completely not soundproof. Also try to avoid staying i this town on Tuesday nights. Wednesday is ferry day so it gets expensive and overcrowded"
"Nice place but they do warn you the hot water smells of sulfur and takes a while to come out. In our room the toilet paper holder didn’t hold the roll very well, and the view outside was not very interesting. The staff and the restaurant were great through - love the baby back ribs, pizza and nachos are too plain."
"Our "room" turned out to be a stand-alone rustic cabin in the woods - a nice surprise. It was clean and functional. Very quiet and peaceful setting. Pleasant staff and good breakfast. Got a chance to chat with the owner while checking out. Overall a pleasant experience, highly recommend."
"I was a little nervous about what the apartment would be like and it exceeded our expectations. Great location, very comfortable, very well stocked, clean and spacious. Highly recommend!"

"Coming into Seydisfjordur was like driving into a fairytale. A stunning area. Checking into this property was the icing on the cake. The property was impeccable. A modern farmhouse feel that was clean and over the top amazing! We all wanted to stay longer, and we would recommend staying a lot longer in this area."
