「Emplacement en plein centre. Très beau logement moderne avec une cuisine commune avec les autres logements. Un peu déçue de ne pas avoir eu la chambre avec baignoire spa. Logement réservé à la fin de notre circuit dans les Pouilles car à 20 minutes de l’aéroport. Hôte très sympathique. 」

「The property was good with wonderful views of the sea and airport. Expedia website stated it was an 8 minute walk from the airport. IT IS NOT! It's around 30 with luggage, 20 if just walking fast. It is NOT a hotel but an efficiency within an apartment in an apartment block with a shared kitchen. The wifi was slow if we didn't have our door to the communal area open. It was very convenient next to another block with a fantastic supermarket. Overall good for a one night stay for an early...

「No greeting properly. Just sent photos and written letters text but tolerable. No end tables by bed. Shutters did not work. Had to push them up to get out to balcony in which their was towels and sheet drying and a bed cot. Looked like we were sharing a home! Yuk. 」

「We regret another reservation of ours could not be completed due to lack of uniform internet. We reserved, therefore, at this establishment as a last minute solution. Please be aware the only window was the door itself. The bed and pillows were among the most uncomfortable we have ever endured. (Lumps.) The location itself is lovely. Yet there is no lobby/reception, so the name of "palazzo" is additionally misleading. Good luck if you must stay here. 」

「Chaves horríveis, antigas e difícil de abrir, de três portas apenas a da entrada funciona corretamente. Corredor e quarto com cheiro forte de cigarro o tempo todo. Não tem copo, talheres, abridor! Box do banheiro muito pequeno, eu peso 65k e tive dificuldade para entrar e sair. Travesseiro péssimo. Chegamos a pensar em mudar de hotel. Complicado…」

「Its not a luxury hotel but the room was big and clean. The gentleman at the front was super friendly and nice. After reading reviews I was a little worried about the area but it was super chill. My room was next to a (i think) restaurant and they were a little noisy but other than that everything was good.」

「Very pleased we didn’t pay full price for this hotel. Being by the sea was really lovely and the staff were good but the hotel / our room was very rundown. The reviews for the restaurant aren’t good so we decided to go into Giovinazzo (8miles away), the hotel staff said a taxi was €40, we ended up booking an uber which was €18! We were told a taxi to the airport (5miles) was €35, an uber was €23. This doesn’t reflect the score of the hotel / staff but thought it would be helpful for other...
