「The facilities were too old and dirty. And the staff especially the young man who was very rude and impolite that made anybody angry with them. 這家旅店的設施極殘舊！門是壞的，窗是卡住的。收費與設施、服務不相稱，工作人員尤其是那年青男子態度十分恶劣，竟與住客吵架，更在没之前的提示之下，指斥客人不執碗碟和不泊車進後花園。令不少客人十分不满！」

「Overnight stay for a stag night, the room was fine if a little snug but that is to be expected as the pub itself is an old building. Staff are very helpful and friendly.」

「下層的共享洗手間門很難開，水的流量小而且要不停地push才能有水下，所以很不方便，水溫很難調整，有時很熱有時很冷」

「We spent 2 nights at this property. The location is less than 10 min walk from the Elizabeth line, which makes it really convenient. Room was clean and staff was very accommodating too. Definitely recommended.」

「Just needed a quiet place to rest for a night after a busy day at a sports event in Tottenham. Bay Tree House was the perfect haven, with lovely views over Arnos Park. The hosts were welcoming and warm, and the breakfast was more than expected - freshly cooked and plenty of items to choose from. We drove, but the house is near a tube station for convenient access into London locations. Would definitely stay here again.」

「This is a house on a residential street offering rooms for rent. I arrived at the property and called the number on the front door. The respondent was not very customer friendly and had me waiting around for 3 hours. I was finally given a key but no code to lock the room until I called again the next day. The property itself is pretty run down, has very thin walls, has a lingering smell of food in the air and has no daily cleaning service. I would only recommend if you desperately need a room...

「Great location, right beside canal opposite the canal cafe. Chalet although dated , it is comfortable, clean and has all that you need. Will definitely be looking at booking here again, it’s great value for money.」
