The woman working the front desk was polite and helpful, but never said anything like "thank you" for staying there,or for choosing Cielo. I still expect businesses to thank customers for their patronage.
The price of the hotel is high for what you get. Yes, the room was clean, but the A/C was a very old unit, the TV remote didn't work well, and the room and bathroom were very small for the two of us.
While I didn't choose the hotel for the free breakfast, the free breakfast was meager. A container of cereal, a few budget bread items, a few bananas, and a batch of peeled hard-boiled eggs looked like it came from 7-11. We went to breakfast at Schat's, which was just a few doors down, so not the worst experience. At least the hotel is near several of Bishop's fine dining establishments.
