「I really enjoyed my stay at Pyramid Hotel and Resort. The views are stunning, staff are exceptional and gracious. Massage is included in the stay which was lovely as well as a buffet breakfast. I removed one star as there was only hot water for shower one out of four nights.」
「I have arrived around midnight and well received and helped by the shuttle staff and shortly taken to the hotel and effortlessly from the security at the main door to the front desk up to my reserved room」
「they dont answer the phone for shuttle .the room clean but there isa lot of mosqitos and no breakfast even thou they mention on the app there is breakfast. there is no towel paper and there is poor comunication between expedia and the hotel even they cant found my confermation number.」
