It’s good for its price, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is not a luxury but it’s very comfy and has all of the accommodations including the kettle with the tea, blow dryer, toothbrush with a toothpaste, flippers, and of course anything that is supposed to be included.

Good place to stay while in Bishkek. Clean room and bathroom with AC and wifi. Breakfast was also really good. Front reception was very professional.

Affordable room and tour

We stayed for 6 nights here, the place is central, good walkning distance to everything. Also we booked a tour with guide (peri from reception) and driver. This was an affordable solution for 4 nights, we had a great time. Just ask the girls at the reception and they will help you with a nice trip around Issyk-Kul lake seeing the mountains, waterfalls, hot springs, yurts etc. Highly recommended

Run down hotel in city center

The hotel is located in walking distance to sightseeing areas. It is very run-down and should be categorized as a 2 star hotel and not 3 star. We did not have any hot water in the shower. The breakfast is very limited. Choose this hotel if you are fine with only having a place to sleep and do not find a hot shower and nice breakfast as a must have.

Great value, comfortable and roomy

Friendly staff who spoke good English and very large and comfortable room. Shower was a bit broken and there weren't enough pulg sockets. But it was well equipped otherwise with a fridge, kettle and the air con and WiFi worked well. We also got two complimentary bottles of water and they provided toothbrushes (if you needed them) and robes.

Good location. Superb front desk staff, especially Sanjar who helped me find the western bus station and purchased a bus ticket to Almaty. Breakfast selection was decent. Areas of improvement are: 1. Outlet location in the room #2. The road in front of the hotel has deep potholes and full of dirty water after the rain. It was challenging to walk to the main street

Nice location, but the housekeeping was really bad

The location of the hotel was excellent (coffee bars/ restaurants/ squares nearby) - and the hotel was reasonable (friendly staff) - the breakfast was a little sub par. However, the room was only half cleaned each day. One day they made the bed but forgot to clean the bathroom, and the other days, they cleaned the bathroom but did not make the bed. The housekeepers need to be trained, I believe
