"Well located hotel for the Guggenheim and all the good restaurants and bars just across the river. Convenient though slightly pricey car park underneath. Decent sized standard room, but completely soulless, not even a picture on the wall and the mattress is hard as stone! Good shower and bathroom. A fair selection at the buffet breakfast, be prepared to be told very firmly where to sit!"

"We stayed at Batimont Suites & Apartments in Bilbao for a weekend and booked a studio, expecting it to be quite small—but we were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was. The studio was a very good size and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect: just moments away from Bilbao Gran Vía and Café Iruña, and only about a 10-minute walk from Puppy and the Guggenheim Museum. It made exploring the city incredibly easy. You can tell they really think about the details. They even provide a Dyson hairdryer and a steam iron, which felt like a real luxury and was much appreciated. The only thing missing was toiletries. As someone with long hair, I’d suggest adding conditioner as well—it would be a great extra touch. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Batimont Suites & Apartments and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Bilbao."

"The hotel staff is is shining point. They were amazing. The hotel is very walkable to many sites and only 3 minutes from a Bilbao Metro stop ( Sam Mamés). The €10 breakfast is a great bargain. Rooms are clean with some older furniture, but it would not deter me from staying there again. You may have to remind housekeeping to keep the soap/ shampoo dispensers filled, but that was honestly my only complaint. We even had on an early morning flight on our last day, and the manager arranged for a takeaway picnic breakfast for us at 4 AM. That's service!"

"A very nice, clean, modern hotel on the banks of the Nervion river, which made it easy to find after exploring. Very friendly, helpful staff and a comprehensive breakfast. The bar was a nice place to chill and read my book with a glass of wine and I felt very comfortable as a single person doing that."
