Cute and quirky apartment. We enjoyed our stay here but I thought I would share some of the shortcomings for me and my family. The entrance is in an alley and the steps are very steep and I had my 75 year old dad and my 6 year old and the steps were a bit problematic. The pullout sofa was an uncomfortable 1 person futon. The bedroom shades don’t shut so the city light pole shines in all night. There are also two skylights that shine the light in starting when the sun comes up. Outside of these things the place was cute and clean. I personally wouldn’t stay here again.

Have stayed at the Lower East End a number of times. Enjoyed our stay every time. Wish the establishment would add a couple of simple chairs to the front room overlooking main street so to be able to 'chill' and watch the people traffic below.

Nice size, nice location, nice decoration. We loved here. Someone left bad review about the parking lot. But I don't agree with it. Also, someone complained about A/C unit's noise and the location (yes, it is in the bedroom, right next the bed:D). But Bisbee night is cool enough without A/C. We just used ceiling fan at night. So, the noise was not big deal at all. We really enjoyed to stay here!

This property is a nice little fully furnished apartment. Definitely lives up to its NYC name. With NYC bands(Blondie & Beastie Boys) and movies(Taxi Driver & Warriors) that take place there. Downsides are the steep stairs outside. No designated parking spot. Only comfortable for one to two for sleeping arrangements. Bathroom door is unavoidably easy to accidentally slam closed. And Bisbee is pretty dead during the week. As in narrow open hours.

A Main Street View

This is the second time in using this property, which says it is a very good stay once you get into the door. The entrance stairs in the back alleyway to get into the door is a little challenging. Parking is more challenging given the ongoing reconstructive rebuilding going on in the adjacent properties due to the fire last year. It would be very useful to have a couple of chairs in the front room to be able to sit and observe main street activity while enjoying a coffee or stronger beverage. Would definitely stay here again, even with the entrance/parking challenges.
