「Everything was excellent. The only thing I would comment on is that the restaurant was a bit too expensive. Paul's in the Melrose Arch which is one of the most upmarket restaurants in the area was cheaper.」

「The property provides a complimentary shuttle service to the designated pick-up point at the airport, requiring guests to walk to the terminals. The staff is friendly, the facilities are clean, and the rooms are quiet, despite being just 10 minutes from the airport. Breakfast was good with lots of varied options. There was a minor miscommunication regarding late checkout; however, the overall experience was positive.」

「I stayed there 3 nights.Everything is good (Room/Price/Breakfast/Staff/Free airport shuttle service) except their terrible sound insulation room, You can hear a lot of voice sometimes. There are several blackout situations during my stay. You had better pay it all in advance,otherwise you might be double charged by their new employee.」
