What a great stay we had at this spotless and restful guest house. Everything we needed in our bedrooms and the best breakfast!! Our hosts were funny, welcoming and clearly proud of their outstanding guest house. We will be back!

Fabulous Guest House, Convenient for NEC

Fabulous stay. Lovely room, view of fields, comfy bed, great shower room. Breakfast was delicious - highly recommend the mushrooms, poached egg cooked perfectly. Very convenient for the NEC, 10 min drive or bus stop just round the corner. Great hosts.

One Night Stay at Broadwell before NEC Visit

Lovely room, clean & beautifully furnished. The en-suite was also beautifully clean with a shower and plenty of space. The hosts were very welcoming and showed us to our room. Facilities in the room were excellent. Breakfast was cooked to order and was excellent. There was plenty of choice and the service was really good.

Comfortable, quiet and clean

Working in the area, made a change from the standard hotels, lovely and clean and carpets throughout made my stay nice and quiet, well maintained and pleasant welcome from Peter, Met Justine in the morning, welcoming well catered breakfast available. I had room 4, a single en-suite room, with coffee/tea in the room and clean shower facilities.

Highly recommended.

We had one of the two rooms situated just across the car park from the main house. The room was comfortable and quiet with plenty of room and a good quality shower in the bathroom. Breakfast was freshly prepared and exactly to our choices. I would not hesitate to recommend the Broadwell Guest HOuse to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable place to stay especially if attending an event at the NEC.

Great as a base.

Over all we had a lovely stay at Broadwell house, it was very clean, the owners were pleasant And the breakfast was super. One of th e main reasons for selecting this B&B was it had such large gardens, and i was expecting to be able to have a walk around them. However this was pointed out to me, in a very polite manner, by the owner that they were private. Other than that everything was outstanding.
