The outside of the building and lobby look nice. The room was decent enough but the bathroom let the room down though. Nice entrance. Reasonable and at times lovely staff. I’m 37 and fell on the extremely unsafe shower tiles that have absolutely no stick (we have video proof) fractures one of the bones in my thumb.
