We recently stayed at Crvena Luka Resort in Biograd na Moru. The setting is stunning—nestled in a quiet, scenic cove with a private beach. Our room was nice and modern, the grounds well-maintained, and we enjoyed the food and peaceful atmosphere. It’s a great spot for a relaxing holiday. Unfortunately, our experience was soured at checkout due to a frustrating billing issue. The bill showed we paid €308 via Expedia, and only incurred €288 in expenses—suggesting a €20 credit. Despite this, the receptionist said we owed €20 but couldn't explain why. After waiting 15–20 minutes, the manager arrived and immediately took a defensive and accusatory tone, implying we were trying to avoid paying. Even when she presented a corrected bill that showed the €20 was legitimately due, she refused to acknowledge the earlier error. Instead of accepting feedback or offering a simple apology, she talked over me and deflected responsibility. It was an unnecessary and stressful end to an otherwise pleasant stay. The resort is beautiful, but management's handling of a basic customer service issue left a very poor impression.

Il resort è un posto sereno e tranquillo adatto per le famiglie. Immerso in una pineta nel verde, il villaggio non offre però molti ristori se non un bar e un ristorante Mama Rosa, molto buono (oltre a quello dell’hotel) , ed essendo molto lontano da Zara vecchia può risultare scomodo per chi non viaggia con l’auto. La spiaggia è totalmente libera, pertanto anche gli ombrelloni e gli sdrai sono liberi e quando c’è la ressa di persone può essere difficoltoso trovare posto ( bisogna essere mattinieri ! ) con tutti i bambini molto strano che non offrono sicurezza in spiaggia ( bagnini ). Per il resto molto costoso soprattutto i drink ( acqua 5,90 euro e caffè espresso 2,80 euro! ) . Abbiamo soggiornato in una doppia superior resort, molto ampia e pulita. Il complesso anche di notte è risultato silenzioso. In generale una bella esperienza!

Der Aufenthalt hat uns gut gefallen. Es gibt einige Animationen für Kinder. Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist das Essen. Es gab jeden Tag das gleiche zum Essen und das Personal war zu langsam mit dem nachschlichten des Essens, es gab oft leere Platten beim Buffet. Außerdem gibt es keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit bzw. Bäckerei um sich für zwischendurch etwas zu kaufen.

Der Aufwand war gut. Personal beim Check-In ist sehr hilfsbereit. Nur die Gäste selbst sehr undiszipliniert. Die Liegen werden typisch mit den Handtüchern besetzt - ohne, dass sich jemand den ganzen Tag blicken lässt. Es wird aber auch nicht kontrolliert. Beim Buffet ist auf jeden Fall nicht genug Personal vor Ort. Das System mit dem Anstehen ist nicht wirklich durchdacht. Dadurch bilden sich ur lange Schlangen, viele gehen einfach vor und stellen sich in der Mitte. Personal bei Essen recht unfreundlich, desinteressiert, wahrscheinlich einfach überfordert. Getränkepreise beim Anendessen überteuert - doppelt so teuer wie außerhalb. Die Anlage ist sehr groß und bietet einiges an Beschäftigung. In unserem Zimmer musste man das Wasser 3 Minuten laufen lassen, um das warme Wasser zu bekommen - dies ist sehr verschwenderisch. Minibar hat überhaupt nicht gekühlt.

Smukt, unik og afslappende

Et meget smukt og unikt beliggende resort med egen strand. Virker som et afslappende sted. En del af stranden er sandstrand, som godt nok er meget lille, men ellers kan man gå ud i vandet med sandbund fra badebroer. Der er også en mindre udendørs swimmingpool. Da vi kun havde en enkelt overnatning, nåede vi ikke at bruge de mange faciliteter. Her trækker det lidt ned, at en kraftig lys i lejligheden ikke kunne slukkes for natten. Det blev forsøgt udbedret med at sætte malertape henover, hvilket selvfølgelig ikke holdt. Det var selvfølgelig et irritationsmoment for en ellers dyr overnatning. Der blev ikke tilbudt en kompensation. Da vi kom en sen og overskyet eftermiddag og rejste tidligt næste dag, nåede vi ikke at finde ud af, om faciliteterne er overfyldt, når det er booket godt op. Jeg tror, dog at det begrænsede antal pladser ved den lille pool og sandstranden, hurtigt kan blive fyldt.

Tolles Appartement in schöner Umgebung

Die Anlage verteilt sich um eine kleine Bucht, die nur von den Gästen genutzt wird und sehr schön gelegen ist. Unser Appartement war sehr modern und in 1A Zustand, wenige Meter vom Wasser entfernt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen, aber wahrscheinlich ohne Halbpension. Das Frühstück war durchaus lobenswert, aber leider hat uns das Abendessen im Hauptrestaurant (übrigens geschmackvoll eingerichtet und freundliches Service) nicht überzeugt. Zwar war die Speisenauswahl ausreichend groß, aber irgendwie hat alles etwas fade geschmeckt. Gemüse und Nudeln zu lange gekocht und zu wenig gewürzt, Fleisch und Fisch recht trocken, dazu Kroketten, Pommes und Nudeln. Die Kuchen zum Nachtisch Bund und cremig. Mit geschlossenen Augen aber nicht als solche zu erkennen. Die Investition in einen ordentlichen Küchenchef stünde dem Hotel angesichts des doch recht ambitionierten Preises gut zu Gesicht. Personal war generell sehr freundlich, alles gut in Schuss. Liegen sind leider nicht ausreichend vorhanden, auch wegen der Unsitte des Reservierens (wozu man aber gezwungen ist, wenn man sonst am Boden liegen muss). Die Ballermann-Musik am Abend hätte nicht sein müssen, würde aber dann bald durch ruhigere Klänge abgelöst.

Ottimo ma.......

Tutto ottimo ma se la prenotazione è per una stanza con balcone seaside si deve vedere il mare. L’equivoco non è ammesso. Credo dipenda più dal sito Hotel che dalla struttura. Per il resto ottimo.

Little paradise

The resort is surround by nature and the buildings are well integrated in the environment. The white flag is a international standard of the quality of the water. The food in the resort restaurant is quite good, but I would also recommend a visit to the local restaurants in the nearby towns to get a better understanding of the local culture.
