"The staff and the hotel is GREAT!!! The only complaint I have is the airconditioner NEEDS TO BE CLEANED WITH DISINFECTANT. many hotels don’t realize that when the smell of mold and mildew (common in tropics)is coming from the aircon that means the guests are breathing in mold and mildew spores which can make guests sick. I was put on antibiotics and was sick for a week. Highly recommend this happens or I will not be staying again. "

"The room was very clean and the food was awesome! The staff were very friendly, especially Ann. She was very accommodating and her hospitality was top notch!! She made us feel very at home. We will definitely stay at this hotel again next time we visit El Nido. Special Thank You to the owners for their courteous and welcoming personality.😁"

"Everything was top of the line. The hotel beach was steps away. we booked tours through the hotel and the tour people knocked on our room door in the morning to take us to the beach right in the front to the boats. So awesome. The massage therapist came to our room to do the massages. Just wonderful experience and the staff was so welcoming and iust of this world in hospitality."

"Nice resort on the beach. Spacious room, nice pool, landscaping is well done. Friendly and efficient staff. Good food at reasonable prices and excellent massage. The resort is small and the immediate surroundings are shabby and scruffy, which is par for the course in El Nido. The views over the water are nice and the beach is clean. However it is not really a swimming beach, more of a tourist boat parking area, and walks along the beach are spoiled by the ubiquitous stray dogs - some of which are friendly, but not all. Overall, I would recommend this hotel as the resort itself is very nice and it is easy to get to other areas cheaply by using the tricycles that wait at the entrance. "

"Rooms seams a lil old but they should've maintained it. AC doesn't work right on our first night. THEY NEED A BETTER BREAKFAST AND BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE BREAKFAST AREA. Great view! Laundry across the street. "

"The staff service is unquestionable. Everyone is friendly and hospitable. The rooms are clean and pleasing to the eye. Staffs are very attentive to guests needs and can be messaged 24/7.The road going from and to the property is not the most pleasant but they provide 24/7 transport which really helps. The property is very quiet and relaxing. If you need a place to relax, unwind and just enjoy silence, I recommend this resort!"
