「The location is good and convenient.」

「Everything was great. The host is attentive when needed but if you plan to use the pool or gym facilities you will need to be let in by the host. Not a problem aslong as you give 30 minutes ahead of time you need to use it.」

「three beds, 2 baths, kitchen with fridge and even a washing machine, great location with lots of convenience stores and eateries, great view, great price, the host was very friendly and happy to help. (The toilet in the main bathroom didn't flush well, but I'm sure they will have fixed that.)」

「This was a disastrous experience. The apartment messaged me two days before my departure asking for my WhatsApp number, which I provided immediately. However, I never heard back from them after that, not even via WhatsApp. The check-in instructions stated that I could contact their virtual assistant upon arrival. To my shock, the virtual assistant replied saying they could not find anyone to provide the room keys and offered a refund as the only solution. I arrived at the airport at 10:00 PM...

「Second times here. Excellent experience. You will never need to think about the food, they are everywhere」

「This is one of the best apartments I’ve stayed in Saigon. The space is clean and very well organized. The building is modern and secure. I would recommend it to business travelers.」

「According to the apartment owne.r, the room that I booked is full so as the consequences, we give me the larger one although in different location. Good location」
