J’ai réserver et payer une villla avec piscine et jacuzzi extérieur, qui est bien stipulée dans le descriptif. Arriver sur place. Ils me donne une villa qui n’a rien à voir avec les photo mis sur le site, sans jacuzzi juste une minuscule piscine. Hors j’ai fait le choix de cette villa exclusivement pour le jacuzzi. Il y a déjà 2 piscine dans l’établissement vide car hôtel peu peupler. Je demande explication à la réception, la dame (Naya) me dit quel va faire le nécessaire et me recontacter. 2h après tjr rien. Il a fallu que je les rapel 3fois pour qu’au final on me réponde. C’est ça ou rien. 0 professionnalisme de leur par. J’ai pourtant payer plus de 300€ la nuit !
