"The experience was not very pleasant , i booked 3 rooms , 1 Q, 1 k and another Queen , two of the rooms had issues with the AC , one eas freezing , and the other was extremely hot , we called a person came to " fix" it but it didn't help at all , in the one that was frozen cold I had two small children , and it was very difficult to make them settle down in thay room , we call requesting blankets and the answer was the didn't have access to blankets , then they offered switch rooms i said yes , an 1 later they called me asking what were the issues and they offered again to switch and i said no since the two small children were asleep. The other hot room I had 4 young boys sleeping in a 8w degree because again , their answer was that they didn't have anyone to go to fix anything at that time ( after we mentioned the problem around 8 pm) also one of the rooms was able to open because they needed to fix it so we alwaya had acces to connecting room by only one room
The dinner experience was very unpleasant, my dinner after i said i wanted well done lamb chops , it came as medium red , it took then 35 min to come back with the dish after all of the rest of my party was already done , I had to take the dinner upstairs in a container to face the AC issues in the room.
The rooms were clean , the our server the restaurant were not the most welcoming woman.
Overall , as a personal assitant /nanny as guest in this resort was a very stressful and uncomfortable . "
