「Our room was beautiful with a lovely Juliet balcony over looking the gardens. The room was spotless and the toiletries were super useful. The staff were really helpful, especially at breakfast when I could not decide what to have! We regret not bringing swim/gym wear to use the gum and swimming facilities.」

「My daughter and granddaughter ( under 2) and I were staying . It was clear there was a large event going on we knew nothing about . Other hotels have advised in advance of the possibility of noise. We were given a first floor room above the restaurant area where there appeared to be a disco. We kept awake by a booming bass until gone 1am and we had to get up early and drive 200 back to Somerset. The cot had a thin piece of plastic to cover the ridges in the bottom of the cot , so was unusable...

「Disappointed our room was not made up had to phone reception and ask them to make it up no hot water at the bathroom sink tap staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet was good very picturesque hotel in lovely well maintained grounds excellent spa overall a very nice few days stay.」
