"Very polite staff, offered to carry luggage to our room. Great room, great bathroom, very clean. Only issue was the TV, could not get any channels to come in, and no direction sheet in the room. Breakfast was very good, fresh fruit available. We ate at their attached restaurant for dinner in the evening, limited offerings, but was very solid. I would highly recommend the mixed meat option. Each meat was very tender. For the amount of money, one of the best dinners I have had in 3 weeks of being in Europe. Overall a very homey place to stay right outside the park, you cannot go wrong."

"What an excellent place to stay outside Plitvice Lakes. The staffers are super familiar with the park and will walk you through your upcoming visit. Plenty of convenient free parking and the hot breakfast was also quite good. No complaints at all. "

"This was a tranquil paradise when compared to the hustle and bustle of coastal towns. The rustic accommodation was very comfortable and spacious. Lunch was delicious. Staff all friendly and helpful. The nearby viewpoint spectacular and a teaser for the tour of Plitvice lakes. Highly recommended."

"We arrived early and the staff were very helpful explaining the hotel's amenities and directions to Plitvice. We were able to leave our luggage and then just pick up key after our park exploration. Liked the MCM feel of the public spaces and our room, while more basic in design, was comfortable and well suited to our stay. Buffet breakfast was included in our stay and had many offerings. Vwry convenient to busstop and #2 park entrance."

"Great location inside the park to stay and walk to the falls. Clean and well Maintained property, May and Natalie extremely helpful. Highly recommend breakfast and dinner as nothing walkable or close so just an easy way to accommodate seeing the Plitvice falls - we stayed for two nights to accommodate travel and not rushing the experience."

"Our room was perfect for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. They had their room and we had ours connected by a short hallway. Breakfast was amazing with lots of choices. Staff were friendly and even before the trip, they would respond to my inquiries. Yes, I had a lot of questions and they were patient and very responsive. They answered with 24 hours and given the time difference, it was a quick response. I definitely recommend this hotel. "

"Excellent staff, receptionist and restaurant- Lamar is A1. Laxmi is very courteous. Cook staff is very flexible. TV kept conking out, and AC was not on- we were asked to open the window- and we were right above where the tour buses park. Noisy. Especially when the tour bus is full of Chinese tourists- non stop loud noise. Difficult place to stay when the hotel is full of these buses. "

"We enjoyed the lodge. Very nice new construction. Unfortunately they were cutting concrete and it was very loud, and the internet was not working. We also found some of there rules about bringing in food a bit strange. I’ve never seen corkage on food. The restaurant was good and prices were fair."
