"Charged me a total amount for everything, then charged me extra and couldn’t tell me what it was for. Never emailed me a receipt like I asked. Charged me two separate $50 incidental fees and only reimbursed me for one. Refused to help. Terrible experience. "

"A wonderful hotel and staff. Recent renovation and high quality rooms. Room service and breakfast in the restaurant were excellent. The location in downtown is great. Enjoyed an early morning Sunday walk. Will stay again."

"Stayed here overnight for a birthday event and had dinner at their restaurant Mamacita’s as well. Service was overall good, the room was clean, AC worked perfectly. The rooftop bar area/pool scene is moderately classy but mellow at the same time and service there was awesome-we ordered champagne. They wanted to charge me for parking again upon checkout (parking attendant) even though I paid for it when I arrived. Included VIP parking for hotel guests and a small fridge in rooms would make this a perfect stay. The eclectic vibe and proximity to bars and restaurants is a big plus. "

"The front desk clerk was very rude when me and my aunt got to our room the television did not work we could not get a signal they had no towels and then we discovered there was no running water and they had roaches needless to say I went up to the office told them I wanted my money back and we went to the comfort inn by the airport and I still haven't received a refund"

"This was a nice hotel. We did have a bit of an odd experience. My husband encountered an incredibly drunk individual directly off the elevator on our floor at about 10 - 10:30 at night. This person wasn’t staying at the hotel, but apparently came to the hotel to go to the bar that is on the rooftop. He was so drunk, he was unconscious, so my husband called hotel staff, who contacted 911. It wasn’t a great situation as he was throwing up all over the place, and in and out of consciousness. They ended up taking the man to the hospital. My husband stayed during the whole thing. They took my husband’s information, but we never heard from hotel staff to apologize, or thank him for finding this guy. Very odd. I’m not sure I was say this is a family friendly hotel. At the pool, we encountered folks vaping, drinking, and scantily clad. If I ever return to El Paso, I would probably look elsewhere. Breakfast isn’t included, and there isn’t much in terms of stores around the hotel. Overall, the staff was great and friendly, just not sure it was what I was expecting. "
