「Great value! We usually stay here a few times a year on our way to Big Sky. Super handy for this purpose as it is easy access from the Interstate and has great amenities like always access to water, coffee, tea, etc. Friendly staff and good breakfast. 」

「For Work & family travel I have stayed in ALOT of Billings Hotels and other cities hotels Also; BootHill Is The BEST! Super Helpful & Welcoming Staff! Extremely Clean, Modern, & Well kept. 「I had a very disappointing experience. My confirmed reservation was not honored because my room was given to someone else. Instead, I was told—upon arrival—that there were no rooms available and that I needed to go to a Fairfield hotel half a mile away.
No transportation was provided, and I had to call an Uber close to midnight, paying premium rates out of pocket after an already long day of travel with my family.
To make matters worse, I originally booked a 2-queen suite with a sofa bed to...
