The property was absolutely terrible. I’ve never seen anything like it black mold all over in the bathroom, dirty dirty floors pillows were trash, stains all over the walls toilet was dirty all around no Bueno.

Nice staff and free breakfast. Unfortunately the bathroom was in shocking conditions. The pipe above our bathroom must have had a severe leak and the ceiling was on the verge of falling into the shower. The bathroom tap was broken and had only ice cold water. Our door lock took many attempts to open every time. In summary the property is severely lacking in maintenance.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews but this one earned it. If you don’t mind a lot of partying and loud noises, stay here. Otherwise find another hotel. This place is so run down and dirty, had I seen this place in the daylight when I wasn’t so dog tired, I would have left. Thankfully the beds were comfy and the bedding so soft I still slept okay. Woke up the next morning and saw the filth. Even vomit and empty beer cans out back. Staff were super nice though, probably why no one said anything to the riffraffs overindulging by the closed pool. Don’t expect much staying here, and just looking for some rest.

I have a delivery team in Billings and they stay in that city 2 -3 days a week.I reserved the room thru Expedia and for some reason it came out under my name.The team got there and they were saying theres no reservation on file so you need to pay.I spoke with the recepcionist and told Her look under my drivers name or my self .No were to be found at this point there tired and want to get some rest .I had to get a hold of Expedia to hanlde this deal.I even told the lady it doesnt matter whos staying there as long as they provide proper ID I paid for that room and it should be honored.I havent had any issues in other places.NOT COMING BACK

Laundry service was convenient. Staff were friendly. Stayed at this place several times. My smoke detector was always covered in each room. Lots of weed smoking going on at this one. Homeless people frequently break in and sleep in the rooms. But it is the most affordable pet friendly hotel in town. If I owned it I would completely restart. The staff are friendly to all of the customers, but are bitter about their jobs. No one checks on the rooms after they are cleaned. Doors and windows are left open making it easy for the homeless to get in.

The room was "clean-ish". But the bathroom needed attention. Tub was "clean-ish" but shower curtain was dirty and the shampoo/shower gel dispenser was empty and dirty (see pictures). We were just too tired from a long drive to ask to switch rooms and uncertain if a new room would be better. The staff was okay/pleasant. This place is like a 2-star motel with weekly rental type people residing at this property. Woke up to two cop cars and one of the residents getting arrested in the parking lot outside our window. He was cooperating. It wasn't a chase or anything The security back door was broken so anyone could get it in. But we didn't feel too unsafe. We just made sure all the locks on our door were locked. The continental breakfast consists of cereal, milk, waffles, juice, coffee and tea. Please note breakfast ENDS at 9 am despite what the website says. The staff had already began cleaning up the breakfast area when we got there at 9:15 am but was kind enough to bring back some cereal, milk, and waffles so we could eat. This location is a close drive to restaurants, walmart etc. Quick freeway access.
