"Hotel Miro is a great hotel in Bilbao, my only comment is that there are no windows in our rooms and has frosted glass windows which makes you claustrophobic, there might be privacy issues from previous guests but there are good window curtains that will help for privacy reasons, hope the hotel will consider to have curtains instead of frosted windows."
"Great room. Nice and spacious with very comfy beds. Tea/coffee making facilities along with hairdryer and complimentary toiletries such as toothbrush & shaving kits.
Room was clean with towels changed daily.
Really good selection of food for breakfast in buffet style.
Hotel is on top of the bus station and on tram stop. Look up when you arrive to locate hotel before google maps send you round in circles! Perfect location for a sports event at the stadium. Just a 2 minute walk. Bars and coffee shops around too."
"Mustafa was outstanding and I really enjoyed being able to use the gym and spa. The rooftop deck was a really nice touch too! Great location to walk around to all the cool locations in the city too."
"Very much a luxury hotel, we had a junior suite for a family of 3 and it was more than enough space. All the staff were great and we had everything we needed. In a great location between Guggenheim and the old town. One small point that as it’s in the centre of the town, it was a little noisy at times. The rooftop bar was lovely."
