This was perfect for a short stay in Bilbao. I wished it was closer to the city areas to be more walkable but the front desk was accommodating with calling for a taxi when we needed one.

Couple of nights for football

Had a good stay. Quiet area, a bit outside city Center. Buses and taxi easy accessible. Bed was rock hard. Everything Else in the room was good. Also oven and microwave.

Great room! Very clean. Comfortable bed and hot water in the shower. No noise at night, I was able to rest well. Does not have a TV, but that's okay since it's a students' dormitory. However, the room did have hot plates and a microwave, in case you need to cook something. They only provided 2 small packets of shampoo so be sure to bring your own soap and shampoo if that's not enough.

Was super happy with my stay here. It was clean, and the customer service was great. The first room the AC wasn't working and they were willing to call the maintenance guy sunday night at 9pm and I said lets wait until tomorrow and once they figured out they couldn't fix it, they promptly moved me to a new room. The staff was helpful each time I had a question and it was easy to access the city via bus and subway. Highly recommend this location for a stay in Bilbao.

The accommodation is located in a lovely residential neighborhood, conveniently close to amenities such as a supermarket and a pharmacy. Public transport connections are excellent a subway station is just a few minutes walk away, allowing you to reach the city center in only 10 minutes. Overall, the accommodation offers an ideal mix of a quiet living environment and easy access to all essential destinations.

Booked thia location by misake

Booked this one by mistake, was supposed to be same hotel name but next to bus station. Location not very convenient. Basic room. Even though i booked 2 single rooms with sharing kitchen, no kitchen ware is provided. Not even a mug! Overpriced for what we had.

I stayed at the campus accommodation for 3 nights. There was kitchen but not enough kitchen utensils. No dishsoup nor brush/sponge. I used mainly refrigerator. I recommend to bring your own handsoap and shampoo as well. There is bigger kitchen on 1st floor. The location was peaceful, no sounds at night. You may want to bring eye-patches for sleeping since there are quite bright street lights at night. There is subway station very near where you can go to downtown. Grocery store is also very near. I mainly walked to downtown which was almost 3,4 km downhill and back uphill with stairs. Area was peaceful and I felt safe traveling alone in Bilbao. I could stay again in this place.

We stayed in a two room cluster flat with an en suite each and adjoining kitchenette - perfect for a weekend get away. Clean and tidy, quite new and equipped with comfy bedding and towels. The en suite was perfectly clean and the shower was great, lots of hot water and good pressure. The kitchenette was handy and equipped with some basic essentials like cups and crockery and cutlery and a fridge & microwave (in lieu of a kettle to heat water). The staff were there 24/7 and always helpful and friendly. The accommodation is student halls so expect a little bit of activity on the weekend but it was nothing rowdy or inappropriate. The general feel of the place was safe and clean. The area is a hilly residential area with a big supermarket and a strip of bars / cafes nearby and most importantly a good bus service and metro service to the old town - two stops or ten mins. Otherwise a leisurely stroll through the local town centre down the hill into the old town. Perfect. Safe and quiet neighbourhood with lots of locals nearby and all the essentials. Couldn’t fault the place. Well recommended and very budget friendly. We didn’t use any of the communal facilities but having a canteen / vending machine and outside space was handy if needed. Don’t worry about some of the dubious reviews re cleanliness and facilities - perhaps they got the place after a busy period or on a bad day because I could not find a single thing wrong with the place! Highly recommended!

Great location, 2 metro stops away from the centre, also walkable in 20-25 minutes. Staff very friendly, room small but has all the facilities required; works out a lot better value than most hotels on the city. Bed comfortable too. Would happily return

The accommodations was advertised as having Aircon but the aircon was not working. Apparently it had been dysfunctional for quite some time. We were told we couldnt be moved as most rooms had the same issue. Since the weather was very warm 43 degrees in Bilbao when we arrived it was impossible to sleep in such heat. A fan was provided but it was very weak and totally inadequate. No effort was made to repair the Aircon and we were advised by reception to ask for a refund. Whilst the accommodation is otherwise very good, not being able to sleep negates everything for myself and my colleague.
