「This is not a five star hotel. In fact, it's barely a three star. It is far from the fort and up a long, bumpy road so when you arrive, you feel like you're in the middle of nowhere. The staff earnestly tries to be helpful but they're clueless, slow and inefficient. I ordered a gin and tonic at lunch time and it came after I had finished my meal. 「Your property is located at a hill top so you should definitely make driver quarters. Your location of hotel is such that finding a place for guest's driver is difficult. The resort being such a great start resort should definitely have driver quarters.」
