Housekeeping was spectacular and non-intrusive, Roman was always available to make all of our requests a breeze, and we always felt at ease when being served by Chris, Sharon, and Ana. The lymphatic and deep tissue massages we had at the ocean spa were amazing! Thank you 」

「Tired property. Very slow check in. You must take a number for a machine. You pick either normal check on or express. Nobody knows which one to pick. A lot of people took both. We stay 7 days, we have to exchange 2 times the baby stroller ( the 3rd was complete and worked the way it should). Beach was excellent, the best part of the property. Unnecessary hustle for beach towel ( you must pick them up at one location only, why you don put them in your room, ping pong sets the same, ping pong...
