Staff were friendly but certain amentities were unclean such as our kettle in room.also the hot water jug in the breakfast dining room poured out dirt into my cup
Another downside was we were told prior to stay that they had a gluten free menu, however when we arrived there was very little options for me. I dont blame the staff taking the order but it was just a bit embarassing as she had to go chat to the kitchen staff about me. But she was very friendly, i just wish reception had been more open about gluten free
