"A nice rejuvenated home with basically 3 apartments. Most everything was fine. There is some tipping and broken walkway leading up to the entrance and the landing is also uneven. The passkeys were offered timely...all locks worked well. The neatest part of our stay was the location....exactly why we booked it and within 6 blocks of everything we wanted to see!!! The stairs to the upstairs are steep with a bend at the top. Would not work well for any person with difficulty walking or doing steps. There were only two of us and certainly room for more. The bathroom offers a lot....but it's kinda crammed in there. TV, coffee maker, and everything we used/needed worked fine. We Truly enjoyed our little stay in Bayfield.....and this location along with adequate available parking made it perfect. Neatly decorated with a variety of artwork. GREAT STAY!"

"We absolutely loved staying here! There were many amenities in our room and the staff was very helpful and kind. The room was beautiful and in a quiet location which we loved. We highly recommend staying here!!"

"The location was great, right downtown Bayfield looking at Lake Superior! The room was very clean. It was small, but you learn to deal with that. The staff member we dealt with was very nice and helpful. We had a 2nd floor room facing Lake Superior and the harbor but the smoke from Canadian and Minnesota forest fires completely destroyed our view and the air quality! We basically were confined to our small room for two days because walking anywhere other than the close by restaurants was taxing! Island tours and cruises were cancelled, as well."

"This is a beautiful hotel. Its set in a beautiful location on the lake and near all of the great things Bayfield has to offer. The pool and spa were great. My only complaint is the food options were limited and closed early but takeout was available. The casino is small and quaint as the view and activities are the attraction. My room was beautifully maintained."

"Room wasn't well laid out to be able to unpack, all closet storage was in the kitchenette so drawers were full of utensils. No bathroom sink, you needed to use the kitchen sink, no bedside table for water. The biggest challenge was that there weren't blackout curtains so there was always light streaming in to wake you up. Noted that other amenities like yoga and meals are included but at the price point I expected a much more elevated room experience. Yoga classes were nice and all the meals were great. I would have appreciated some social events at night to have the opportunity to interact with other guests."

"Gorgeous spaces! Check in was different with no in-person contact, but communication was good and room was easy to access. Elevator was very slow, so we took stairs to the second floor room (all rooms are on the second floor). Beautiful room and bathroom with high-end fixtures. Personal welcome note on the table was a nice touch. Record player and records available was unreal but fun! Breakfast was different from most hotels, but very enjoyable. Bed was SUPER comfortable!"
