「The only complaint I have is about the mats outside the elevator on the first floor—it was extremely dirty with visible stains, which gave me a poor first impression of the hotel. It made me worry that the room might be in the same condition. Thankfully, I was pleasantly surprised—the room was super nice and very clean! I really enjoyed my stay. The AC was perfectly cool, just the way I like it. I’ll definitely stay here again.」

「I know what to reasonably expect for hotels at this price level and we are very disappointed. There is no amenity except one bar soap. There is a coffee maker but no coffee nor tea. The worst is the towels. They are very old. The we found the bed sheet has stain and the pillows smells. This is close to unacceptable.」
