"If I could give negatives, I would.It was absolutely terrible and I have the pictures. The staff in the morning did address and gave me a discount, however I am i'm greatly disappointed and would like to share pictures with you. There was hair on the beds, torn sheets. Absolutely no hot water and I wasn't the only one who brought this to their attention. I honestly think I should have a full refund."

"The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very nice! I enjoyed using the workout room which was nice and clean and spacious with updated equipment."

"The rooms had bed bugs. Blood stains on the lampshades. The door to the room didn’t have a lock on it and it wouldn’t full close. I would never go there again"

"We enjoyed the beautiful art deco decor! The dining experience was wonderful. The rooftop view of the city and into Mexico was a stunning sunset! Staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable! Loved staying with you! "

"Simple but cute decor, roomy with lots of storage. Comfy beds, which is most important if you traveled to make it here. Make plans with the front desk for late check in because they close at 9pm. Will definitely stay here again."

"The rooms are good for the price. It did look like there might be mold in the shower ceiling. Our tv kept randomly turning off while we’re watching it. They only had coffee for breakfast. There was no apple or orange juice, so that was disappointing. But it still was an ok stay."
