It's great place to stay. Rooms are spacious and adequately clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. I, however, found the location to be slightly tricky. I wish they offered 24 hours desk service.

I liked the uniqueness of the property, and it was clean. However the AC that is advertised did not work like I would expect, as it did not keep the rooms very comfortable and it was shut off during the heat of the day. And since it depends on temperature inversion to cool the room fans should have been provided. It was very uncomfortable. Also maids did not provide washcloths or enough towels, Towels left on the floor to be replaced were taken and not replaced. It would take a professional hotelier very little effort to bring this property up to par. Communication of how things work should also be provided. Staff was friendly just seemed untrained.

Même si je n’y suis resté qu’une seule nuit, l’expérience dans cet hôtel a été vraiment excellente. Le monsieur à l’accueil était très sympathique et très aidant, surtout considérant que je ne parle pas allemand. La chambre était grande, très confortable et il ne manquait rien. Le déjeuner était très bon. J’y retournerais sans hésiter si je devais repasser par cette ville.

Für mich gut gelegen. Was mir fehlte war Trinkwasser u. warme Eierspeisen zum Frühstück. Das sollte bei dem Zimmerpreis schon verfügbar sein.

Bei der Begrüßung sollte ich auf einem arg kleinen Tablet meine Personalien eintippen. Sorry, so einen Quatsch brauche ich nicht, schon gar nicht nach anstrengender Anreise. Aber die Receptionistin bot sich an, die von mir diktierten Daten einzugeben. Gelob sei das Papier! Das in die Jahre gekommene Design der Zimmer ist alles andere als praktisch: z.B Mehrfach-LIchtschalter, die im Dunklen kaum zu bedienen sind, oder Fenster und Glastüren in Dusche/WC, durch die nachts Licht dringt und den Partner beim Schlafen stört. Im Zimmer keine wirklich bequeme Sitzmöglichkeit, TV nur vom Bett aus zu sehen, da nicht schwenkbar installiert. Alle lederbezogenen Sesselchen in Breite Economy Class (auch im Frühstücksraum und im Restaurant) weisen eine dunkle Patina an den Armlehnen im Bereich der Ellenbogen auf. Ich empfehle die Reinigung mit Leserseife und anschl. Pflege des Leders. Aber das aufmerksame Personal an der Bar und im Restaurant ist wirklich sehr freundlich, auch zu später Stunde.
