I love this hotel. The staff and facilities are amazing, location is best if all, adjoining the Sfera mall is my favorite part of staying. So many good foods and walking.

The Qubus Hotel had everything I needed for my stay. It is conveniently located a 10-12 min walk from the train station. In 15 mins, you can reach the Bielsko Rynek (square) where there are many eateries. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was very good.

We have stayed at the Qubus many times as it's in a prime location, easy walking to shops and bars etc. Room is nice and clean, TV and free WiFi and excellent air conditioning which is a must in the summer months. Bathrooms facilities good with free toiletries. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice and freshly cooked omelettes etc available. Only thing I would say, hotel could do with a gym and a real bar! There used to be a bar on the ground floor but it closed and has never re-opened, we appreciate you can go to the restaurant but it does not have the same vibe as a real bar, probably the only let down for us. Looking forward to returning again at Christmas.

Questionable fire alarm and evacuation plan with no alarms ringing in bedroom yet 2 fire engines called and staff rushing out to evacuate. Not sure we were told the truth. Other than that great hotel.
