Good 6/10

Pleasant and clean stay but very basic - definitely not a 4 star- booked a studio and had bunk beds unless I wanted to make up the sofa bed Also expected to take rubbish to front of property upon check out and strip and bag bed sheets and towel's upon checkout 3 star at best

Los puntos que debes tomar en cuenta para hospedarte aquí: tienen horario de recepción -después ya no hay nadie quien te atienda-, el huésped debe limpiar la habitación y tirar la basura que tuvo, no hay jabón ni shampoo. Nuestra experiencia fue buena, pero no estaba limpio el baño, al Huésped pasado se le olvidó llevar sus cabelos de la regadera.

Biarritz en février

Nous sommes allées en Février 2024 du coup il y avait la plupart des services fermés à cause de la météo, même la ville était un peu déserte. Recommandation il faut aller après mai jusqu'à septembre. Sinon le staff de l'hôtel est excellent.

Problème au niveau de la porte d'entrée de l'appartement qui nous avait été attribué mais la personne de l'accueil nous a relogé sans problème et nous avons passé un excellent séjour. A signaler tout de même : Etat moyen de certaines huisseries mais rien de grave.

Pas terrible pour un 3 ou 4 étoiles

Juste bien, je connais dans le même groupe des résidences plus agréables où lorsque l'on réserve un studio 1 chambre on ne se retrouve pas avec 2 lits cabines et 1 canapé lit seulement mais 1 vrai lit 2 personnes ! Que dire du confort de la literie du canapé.... Horrible et grinçant, le frigo gémissant la nuit à côté de vous. Pas le luminaires allumés dans le parc alors que la nuit tombe à 17h30 et que les allées mènent aux appartements, obligé d'utiliser la lampe du téléphone ??? Le personnel qui ne s'étonne pas du disfonctionnement du micro-ondes (on ne sait pas le faire fonctionner..lol) et le fait de trouver un bol non lavé rangé du locataire précédent à l'arrivée, bof...bref nous avons écourté de 3 nuits tellement le studio 4 personnes etait glauque sans vue sauf sur les voisins d'en face! Bref je préfère Anglet ou Socoa.

Encore un bon séjour!

Je suis retournée dans cette résidence que j’ai connu l’année dernière et que j’avais particulièrement apprécié. La résidence est calme, bien située et bien entretenue. Les chiens sont acceptés pour un tarif très raisonnable (45€ pour 1 semaine) et la plage de Marbella est à 5 min à pieds. Je reviendrai !
