Avoid at all costs

Terrible. Avoid. I booked here because I needed a last-minute room and the normal hotels nearby were full. After booking and before checking in I was plagued by calls, some in the middle of the night, asking fro more money on top of the booking amount I’d already paid, then told the booking would be cancelled if I didn’t pay. When I asked why I was being asked to pay double the amount agreed and already paid, I was called ‘intolerable’ by the hotel manager - for simply asking why I was receiving threats and demands when I’d already paid the full amount on booking. There was no-one to help at check-out, no airport shuttle as arranged and when I tried to order food, the staff hung up the phone several times. In the end I ordered out. Six hours after I left the hotel I was called and screamed at for losing the room key - which I’d left in the room because there was no-one to help at check-out. The person yelling a e then hung up mid-sentence. Incredibly rude behaviour from everyone I interacted with at this hotel, and overall a terrible experience.
