I recently stayed three weeks at the Pushpak Hotel, the first week with my wife, the last two weeks alone. It is centrally located, near the museum and govt offices, with both veg and non-veg restaurants in the hotel and in easy walking distance. The bed was comfortable and The room was spacious, clean, and well attended. The staff went out of their way to be supportive, including arranging a room for video interview at no additional cost. Highly recommended at the cost.

Excellent staff and room service. Baffling wifi procedures and billing mechanism.
Wifi voucher last for 24hrs only and is only good for one device. For other device a new voucher is to be requested. And no more than 2 vouchers is provided.
Ordered food via room service, the bill i signed was for 714 INR, upon check out i saw that to be 1010 INR. When asked, no real explanation was provided other than telling me that the Gst taxes were not applied. An unsigned bill was shown with 1010 INR which I do not remember. So would recommend checking the bills and clicking a picture of what you sign from room service.

i had some issues with check in when i reached the property at about 830 pm. When i did my booking online on expedia i am very sure that i reserved for one with free breakfast but the hotel staff refused to give as it is not stated in my booking form. After few hours of delay and arguments we got it as the manager came down and agreed to give us one with free breakfast and we are also charged for that amount. I hope expedia can clarify these issue for me?

The stuff is performing for only thier profit because they refused my request by only their side rule. They didn't listen to me completely. Always," you have to pay" and " We can't do" for our small request which the other hotels don't demand paying.
We never come here. if you plan to stay, you should not add in your list.
