「I have not been to many properties in Matheran, but I would say this is an ideal property for a fun vacation it is located over from the hustle and bustle of the city and you feel like you’re in the quiet hills cottage. The property is old, but very well preserved and staff is very courteous and very helpful. 「The stay was Ok. The scenic beauty around the property is good. The staying experience was below my expectation. The staff are friendly but service orientation is lacking. Probably not trained at all in that area. Food Ok.」
