「The property (especially the 4th floor where we stayed is literally brand new - fully refurbished) every thing is nice and clean. The inly hiccup is the door lock jammed on last night of our stay and they offered us alternate room to us.」

Le responsable justifie cela car nous serions arrivés selon lui trop tard (19h) . Aucune info ni coup de fil pour nous en informer . Le responsable decide tout de même de nous loger dans un appartement en attendant qu’une chambre puisse se libérer car il avait loué la notre !
