Chateau les Carrasses
The Chateau lies gently uphill from the town center, and is a mid 19th century building beautifully restored and expanded on the the premises, which are surround by vineyards. Beautiful, calm, and beautifully cared for, our visit exceeded our expectations. The staff was knowlegable, spoke good English, and catered to our every need. Dinner at their restaurant was wonderful - and we enjoyed a wine tasting prior to dinner, one of a planned series of events to make the chateau a center of both local and visitor interest. Our room was beautiful, with a wonderful view of the vineyards. Great room, with a great bed and bath. Outstanding place for that romantic get away or week long stay to relax.

Superbe cadre : un chateau au milieu des vignes. Tres bien rénové. Une mention spéciale pour la piscine a débordement avec la vue sur l'arrière-pays Minervois. Personnel tres serviable aussi. Juste une nuance sur la restauration : ayant réservé au dernier moment aucune place au restaurant pendant nos 2 jours sur place (bon ...ok) mais surtout aucune solution proposée pour un snack a la piscine malgré notre demande ... obligé de prendre la voiture pour aller au village se chercher a manger (pas digne d'un 4 etoiles)

Absolutely incredible place. My partner & I got engaged on the morning of our stay and the chateau couldn’t have been more perfect. We didn’t inform the hotel about the special occasion, but the service was excellent, the atmosphere fantastic and location/facilities brilliant.
Despite being a luxurious setting, it didn’t feel pretentious. It felt homely & welcoming - straight from the off. The location is beautiful, lovely views from the main chateau/pool & surrounded in vineyards.
The staff were all very helpful & attentive throughout our stay - and the quality of the restaurant/bar was top notch too.
Although we went as a couple, it was clearly also very well set up for families as well. We were really impressed with the activities offer (cycling, swimming, tennis, volley ball, bbq pit, kids area etc).
We 100% will be returning. I can’t recommend the chateau enough.
They made a very special trip away absolutely perfect.

Vackert och trevligt
Mycket trevlig bemötande, värdinna ringde och förklarade väggen. Restaurangen är stängt på tisdagarna, men vi fick en flaska vin som tröst och den var väldigt bra. Frukost var mycket god och utbud precis lagom. Mycket vacker ställe där man skulle vilja vara längre än endast en natt.

Fabulous chateau in gorgeous setting
Set well off the beaten track surrounded by vineyards this beautiful chateau has been renovated to the highest standard and offers sumptuous accommodation. The staff are very attentive and courteous and the food excellent. Lovely grounds, delightful terrace and an infinity pool........oh and the price wasn't too bad either!

Un super séjour
Un superbe séjour pour la Saint Valentin. Le cadre est magnifique, en hors saison l'hôtel est très calme et le personnel au petits soins.
Le restaurant de l'hôtel est également excellent avec un chef très sympathique !
En plus nous avons eu la chance d'être surclassé, une très bonne expérience =)

A Chateau Experience
Granted there isn't much nightlife around the area though this is a nice respite from the go-go of the cities. My wife made me promise to take her back. Nice facility with great views from our room. Study directions and google map before driving. There was a wedding there that Saturday night which gave us lots of entertainment. We sat on our small terrace and watched the wedding below us. Very, very nice experience.

Everything Stunning!!!
From arrival and greeting from manager with personal escorting to room which was very special, including the unusual turret shower. The food and service in the restaurant was of high quality. Would have loved to stay longer to enjoy all on offer but only discovered the day before having to fly home. Will definitely return for a longer visit.

Meget smukt område. Lidt mangelfuld morgenmad men ellers god service af alle medarbejdere. Blev solgt os som et hotel men der var ikke daglig rengøring på værelser.
