「When we arrived at night the receptionist went out of her way to make sure we got a meal even though the kitchen was about to close. She also stayed late to make sure my husband got safely up the stairs to our room since he has limited mobility. The receptionist is also trying to help us get a package back to the USA with some keepsakes from our trip that we accidentally left behind. A really caring staff who go above and beyond the usual!」

「下午二時後才能辦理入住手續，住的是舊城區全景房間，我的房間位於4樓，景色一流；房間內沒空調沒冰箱，窗戶很大，晚上開窗很涼快；牆壁很薄，能聽到鄰居對話；網頁上的圖片房間較大，實際上沒圖中那樣大的，大型行李未必能長時間打開行李；步行去火車站、大巴站都很方便，遊覽維爾紐斯完全不用搭公車，下次還會選擇住這。」

「We driven to Vilnius from Siauliai city, it tooks us almost three hours. The hotel looks not big but inside the room is nice, reception lady very kind and provide us enough information. We also had a nice breakfast there. So far all good, but one thing is there's a bit noise during the night, which made me a sleepless night. Hope this can be better in future.」
