「Terrible experience. The elevator was broken and took forever to get a room on ground level due to two of our parties having walking disabilities. Then things were broken in the room such as the door handle to the bathroom the top of the air-conditioning unit the room itself was not fully clean as there were still hairs left in the bathroom. The hot tub heaters were broken and then they kicked us out of the breakfast room after breakfast was over when we just wanted to sit at a table as there...

「We have stayed at this hotel before but will not again. We specifically love the large slide at the pool for my young daughter. Unfortunately, the pool was being serviced and was closed on this trip, but was understandable. However, we booked a double queen room, but instead were given a queen and a pull out couch. The A/C in our room also did not work. Definitely will be looking elsewhere on our next trip to Salina. 」

「The sheets were gross. They advertised a pool but it was shut down. Permanently. The lobby smelled like BO. The tvs only have basic cable and no way to stream services. The breakfast only had one hot option, pancakes. 」

「This place was nothing like it was advertised! It was under construction, pool closed, breakfast area appeared to be blocked off. Construction workers everywhere. Parking lot was a mess, looked like just a vacant building. It was right next to a truck stop, nothing else in the area. I was traveling with 3 teenagers and didn’t feel safe at this hotel, so we did not stay there. Now fighting trying to get reimbursed even after buying travel insurance. I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying there!!」
