「管理混乱，非常糟糕的体验，至今我交了两份钱不知道能不能退还给我一份。我在好订网预订完后直接从信用卡上扣了钱，但入住当晚酒店的前台小姐就查不到订单，但还是给了我钥匙入住，第二天早上退房收了我的现金有没有给我Receipt，打电话给好订网要求退回，但好订网向我要收据证明，难道没有收据酒店就查不到账单了吗？比国内招待所好不了多少的条件居然是四星级？看来奥地利的酒店管理水平跟德国酒店没法比！」

「Alles bestens gerne wieder. Personal äußerst freundlich nicht gestellt. Unterkunft sehr schön, gemütlich, gute Lage. Wellnessbereich mit 2 Saunen und einem großen innenpool sehr schön. 」

「距离林道港口只有400米的距离，房间很舒适，从窗户看出去的风景非常漂亮，店家特地准备了一张沙发是对着窗户的，非常贴心。客栈一楼就是一间餐厅，晚餐就在店里解决了，小鹿肉的味道非常不错。」

「This is a wonderful place to stay in Lindau. The staff was exemplary, the morning breakfast buffet was delicious - and it also had an outdoor seating area with lovely views. The outside seating can be accessed throughout the day and was a great place to unwind at the end of the day. The room was spotless with great amenities. They also offer a "honor bar" in the lobby with snacks, drinks, wine and beer. Restaurants and grocery stores are within walking distance as well.」

「Very nice common area with coffee and tea that really looked and felt like a bar or café. The bike themed interior was quaint and on topic and there was even a little garage for bike fiddling. The room was very nice and clean albeit a bit plain. The automated check in and out process was very smooth. Bregenz is very nice but a bit touristy. Hard is a vibe. 」

「Location is good. Just about 5 minutes walk from the Bregenz Train Station, and 3 minutes walk to the lake. Outside wall and first floor is currently under re-construction, and won't be finished until the end of June. Staffs are very friendly.」

「We had the romantic studio which was very cozy situated just below the top floor with a nice wooden frame ambiance. Though located in the City Centre it was quiet and just a few steps to the Stadtsee. Absolutely recommended.」

「Hatte ein Einzelzimmer gebucht für eine Nacht für eine Geschäftsreise. Das Zimmer war etwas klein, jedoch war sauber und in super Zustand. Die Insel ist auch nur 20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Ich würde hier wieder buchen.」

「Nice couple of night stay. Good breakfast, quiet. No view, but not far from the lake. Parking was okay, but get there early to reserve a spot. Nice staff!」

「Preis Leistung ist hervorragend. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür, keine 5min. Linie 5 bis Lindau Insel alle 30 min, oder mit der Linie 3 bis lindau-Reutin. Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet. Frühstück alles was man braucht.」
