「The food was good and I had a very good massage. But the amenities and activities described on the website were disappointing or non existent. For ex there were very few animals and to access them you had to walk up and down steep hills, not realistic for children. There were no cooking classes and we were not permitted to tour the olive oil factory or do olive oil tastings despite me asking hte front desk and advertised on the website. Additionally we had issues in our apartment with the wifi...

「This is a lovely hotel (former palace) perched on the top of the hill as you enter the charming town of Trevi. The hotel is clean, very well organised and has all amenities that you need. The room itself was a good size with a nice bathroom. Breakfast was plentiful and with a very good variety. The owner was a lovely lady who spoke very good English. From here it is a great base to visit the surrounding towns such as Assisi, Perugia, Spoleto, Orvieto etc. We would definitely stay here again....
