I am crying for help
"I got to the hotel to find that I had no room, around 21h00, having driven a car for 4 hours in the rain. The hotel sent me to a guesthouse of their choice. They refused to refund me. In the morning they told me that hotels.com agreed with them that they owe me no apology! No refund. I tried to lodge ..."

"Had a short stay but it was wonderful. Although we didn’t actually meet Lene she was a phone call away and was proactive. idnt see an iron or ironing board but i didn’t call Lene to find out either!"
