Greg, the general manager was awesome, greeted us everytime we came in and out, ensured we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. His staff was kind and approachable, I have nothing bad to say at all about this location, we will be returning, this is our favorite place to stay when we come to TN. 「The room was clean and spacious. The gentleman at the desk was really nice. Don't remember his name but he did say he was a retired teacher. The bed was pretty awesome and comfortable. They have everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were at the end of the hall with an outside door close by to take our furbaby out. We will be back for sure. 」
